Lloyd is predeceased by his grandson Codey Smith, brother Frederick Bath, his parents Lavinia and Elijah Bath. His in laws Joan and Elijah Jenkins, Bernice (Jim), Lloyd, Lillian (Winston) and Lorraine. Lloyd leaves to mourn with loving memories his devoted wife of 67 years, Joyce, his son Derrick (Beverly), daughters Beatrice (Harold), Dianne (Dennis), Darlene (Derek), his grand children Phillip (Anne), Jordan (Jane), Michael (LeeAnn), Jocelyn (Guy), Justin (Amy), Adam (Sarah), Fallon (Michael), Brianna, Jennifer and Nate. We would like to extend a huge thank you to his home workers Joan and Juanita, as well as the staff at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre for the care and compassion shown in his final days. Lloyd was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend. His greatest pride was his family, and he found joy watching his grandsons carry on his love for fishing. A gifted woodworker, Lloyd’s hand crafted more than just projects – they crafted memories. His love for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren was endless and the pride he took in them was evident in every smile he wore. Lloyd was a faithful soldier of the Salvation Army, since November 3, 1996. He was also a faithful member of the Men’s Fellowship. While we feel his loss deeply, we take comfort knowing Lloyd is united with his Lord and reunited with his grandson Codey. His legacy of love, pride and family will live on in all of us. Donations in Lloyds's memory may be given to The Salvation Army Twillingate Bayview Corps. Cemetery Fund.
