To Brian,Audrey & Ross:
So sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. She was a beautiful, tolerant lady. How she ever tolerated us out in the back, making all that noise practicing for the band, all those years ago, I’ll never know!
Rest In Peace Mrs Greenham. You were one of a kind and will be missed.

My deepest condolences to the family. As a young boy growing up in Twillingate I spent a lot of time with and playing with my cousin Ross. Both our families practically lived in the same garden. I was always awestruck by how much Aunt Nellie remembered about things and the weather of the past in Twillingate. She always kept a diary of local happenings. For example, if there was a house-haul sometime in the past you could depend on Aunt Nellie to tell you when it took place, date, time, and place, and what the weather was like on that day. In a lot of respects she was a very bright lady. RIP Aunt Nellie.

Audrey, so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing, and sending my sincere condolences to you, family and extended families. In years gone by, your Mom was a hockey friend of mine. That may sound strange to many, but when the Combines were playing hockey on the road, Nellie (God love her) kept me informed of the score by phone. She was the team's number one fan with good reason. Your family (Dalley) was a great hockey family for whom she was very proud. While that's a long time ago, outside of hockey she was a special lady to me and countless others. Audrey, I know you will all have awesome memories of your Mom, especially in respect of the longivity of her liife with you. May God be with all of you during this sad time, but also as you celebrate the life of a great lady, your Mom. Love to you and your family.
George Troake
