It is with great sadness that the family of Magretta Bernice Seaward announce her passing on May 14, 2025, at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate at the age of 72.

Magretta is predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Maude Hynes, her Spouse Malcolm Elliott, her brothers Ron (Geraldine), Eric, Harold, her sisters Marie (Selby), Evelyn (Maxwell), Violet (Clayton), and Lilly (Roland), sister in law Margaret, and her brother-in-law Almond.

Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons Jason (Kayla) and Justin (Cindy), her grandchildren Ayden, and MacKenzie, Malcolm's Children: Paula, Peggy (Roger), Patricia (Hughlett) and Patsy as well as their children: Danielle (Mark), Allison (Seamus), Connor and Christian, her brothers Gilbert (Hazel), Raymond (Holly), Lloyd (Eileen), her sisters Kathleen (Aubrey), Madeline, Millie (Slyvester), her sister in law Hazel and her beloved fur baby Bella as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A special thank you to the Doctors and Nursing staff of the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Center, Twillingate and the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander who took such wonderful care of Mom while she was there, it will not be forgotten.

Donations in Magretta’s memory may be given to the Central United Church, Twillingate.
