In loving memory of Harold Frederick Pitcher who passed away peacefully at the age of 77 at the Labrador West Health Centre on July 18, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Left with broken hearts, his loving wife of 56 years, Ruth, who never left his side, his sons, Corey (Debora) and Shawn (Stephanie) whom he loved dearly, and his grandchildren, Alexander (Hailey) and Ariana, the light of his life. He also leaves behind his two brothers, John (Valetta) and Ross (Ruby) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Harold was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Violet, his brothers, Terry, Roy, Bruce and Neil, and his sisters, Merretta and Georgina.

Harold was born in Windsor, NL and at a young age met Ruth in Twillingate, a place that became dear to his heart. They then moved to Labrador City where they settled and raised their family.

Harold was a kind and generous man who always wanted to help others in any way that he could. He was a wonderful grandfather who cherished his grandchildren and loved watching them grow and succeed.

Ruth and family would like to thank all of the doctors and nurses at the Labrador West Health Centre who cared for Harold with kindness and compassion.
