It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Una Kearley, of Herring Neck, NL on October 19, 2025, after a brief illness. Born on July 29, 1938, Una lived all of her 87 years with a love for life and an abundance of care for others.

Una was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend, whose kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew her. She had a deep love for her community and often said she would never want to live anywhere else. Una had an infectious smile, loved to have her photo taken and enjoyed a cup of tea after a long walk or when visiting loved ones.

Una will be missed by her brother Clyde Kearley (Julie Beattie), brother-in-law Gord Johnston, nieces and nephews Wanda Heeley (Steve), Sean Kearley, Craig Kearley (Anna), Natalie Grey (Jason) and Derek Beattie (Kaylee) as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Una was preceded by her parents Oliver Kearley and Olive Kearley (nee Miles) as well as her sister Ruby Johnston.
