It is with deep sadness that the family and friends of Shirley Margaret Elliott announce her passing on December 17, 2025, at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre at the age of 86, surrounded by her loving family.

Shirley is predeceased by her parents Harold and Maggie Hull, her brother Roy and her sister Bonnie.

Left with fond and loving memories are her children Larry (Donna), Sharon (Royburn), and Derek (Sheila), her grandchildren Adam, Andy (Allison), and Amanda (Greg), her great grandchildren Jackson, Avery, Caden, and Jordan, her siblings Audrey, Eric (Pansy), Don, Betty, Wayne (Nancy), and Howard (Lori), as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Center-Long Term Care Unit, Twillingate and her home care workers who took wonderful care of Shirley; it will not be forgotten.

In keeping with Shirley’s wishes, cremation has taken place with an interment of ashes planned for a later date.
