It is with a heartfelt sadness that the family of Daphne Margaret Rogers announce her passing on December 25, 2025, at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Center, Twillingate, NL at the age of 68.

Daphne is predeceased by her parents George and Beatrice Cooper, and her brother Barry.

Left with fond and loving memories are her husband Stan of 44 years, her children Amanda (Brady) Watkins, and Adam (Melissa), her grandchildren Kate, Eli, and Amelia, brother Roy Blake, and sister Eileen (Lyle Rice) Cooper, her extended Rogers family, as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Daphne loved to attend her church on a regular basis and was an active member of the Home League.

We will remember her by the flour on her hands, the sparkle in her eyes, and the way she could turn simple ingredients into pure joy for her family. Her love is baked into every memory. Her passion for sewing and quilting was only surpassed by the love she had for her family and friends. Daphne will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Donations may be given in memory to the youth programs at the Twillingate Bayview Salvation Army, Twillingate which were very important to Daphne.
