Obituary of Dorothy M. Watkins

Passed away Friday, November 27th, Dorothy M. Watkins, at the age of 77 years. She was predeceased by: parents Samuel and Cecelia Rogers; brothers: George, Ned, Reginald, and Harold; sisters: Winnie, Clare, Mary, Joyce, and Leona. Dorothy leaves to mourn with loving and precious memories: husband of 51 years, Ronald; children: Jeff (Marina), and Angelia (Spencer) King; grandchildren: Tristan and Alexandra; and sisters-in-law: Sadie Rogers and Phoebe Rogers; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 2:00 PM from Central United Church, Rev. George Stockley officiating. Interment will follow at the United cemetery, Durrell. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Dorothy's memory may be made to Central United Church.
