Obituary of Marjorie Barnes

Passed away, Saturday, December 26th Marjorie Rose Barnes, at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by: first husband Douglas Pelley; daughter Sandra Belle and sister Sylvia Marie Jenkins. Marjorie leaves with loving and fond memories: husband Bruce; children: Goldie, Karree( nee-Thelma), Ivan (Carol), Danny (Ruth) and Dolly-Ann (David); grandchildren: Tanya (Matt), Kayla, Michael (Mandy), Ryan, Rochell and Kelsey; great grandchildren: Ayden and Madison; brothers: Clarence (Margaret) Jenkins, Melvin (Marilyn) Jenkins, Wilfred (Joan) Jenkins, Hardy Jenkins, Lindy (Eileen) Jenkins and Nelson (Maureen) Jenkins; sisters: Louise Pond, Shirley White, and Marie Pond . Visitation will be held on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 2:00 PM from Central United Church, Twillingate, Rev. George Stockley officiating. Interment will follow at the United cemetery, Durrell. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in Marjorie’s memory to the Daffodil Place.
