Obituary of Gladys Pearl Sansome

Passed away on April 29, 2016 in Twillingate, Gladys Pearl Sansome aged 89 formerly of Kettle Cove, NL. Gladys was predeceased by parents Abraham and Theresa Greenham; husband Frank;children: Seymore and Delphine; grandchild Trina Gillard; great grandchild Martina Rogers; brothers: Thomas, Issac, Fred, Martin, Lewis and Allan; sisters: Naomi Gillard and Minnie Flynn. Gladys leaves with loving memories: children: Theresa (Edward) Gillard, Wilfred (Patsy), Evelyn (Harry) Gillard; grandchildren: Derrick (Velma), Elva, Paulette (Terry), Clifton (Josephine), Jeanette (Bob), Kerry (Loretta), Keon (Beverly), Teena (Pernell), Johnny (Nicole), Lee (Charmaine), Tracy (Alonzo), Tammy (Dave) and Tim (Nicole); 23 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren; sister Annie Keats; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Gladys was a previous member of the Loyal Orange Lodge. Visitation will be held on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9pm from the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. Funeral service will take place on Monday, May 2 at 2pm from the Central United Church Twillingate, Rev. George Stockley officiating.
