Obituary of Rachel Hynes

Passed peacefully away on June 21, 2016 at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Center, Twillingate, Rachel Hynes age 87 Years. Predeceased by her parents; husband Warrick; brothers: Robert Miles & Gordon Ings. She leaves with fond and loving memories her children: Betty (Edward) Hynes, Bruce (Sandra), Loretta (Roy) LeDrew, Roy (Shirley), Ada (Wilfred) Young, Maisie (Enos) Baggs, Terry, Alvin (Geraldine), Lester (Angie); 19 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Family would like to thank the staff of the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Center long term care unit and her home care workers when she was at home for their caring and loving support. Visitation will be held on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9pm from the Salvation Army Citadel, Bayview. Funeral service will take place on Friday, June 24th at 2:00 pm from the Citadel.
