Obituary of Daisy Jenkins

Passed away Saturday, February 25th, at the age of 94 years, Daisy Jenkins (nee: Froude), of Tizzard's Harbour. She was predeceased by: husband Norman; brothers: Herber, Ben, Frank, Hiram, and Raymond; and sisters: Olive Cooper, Dorothy Lambert, Joyce Grimes, Gladys Boone, and Hilda Boland. Daisy leaves to mourn with many fond and loving memories: children: Louise (Walter), Doreen (Steve), Raymond (Linda) and Roy (Jean); grandchildren: Darrell, Tina, Leanne, David, Matthew, and Stephanie; grandchildren Teresa and Jason, and their mother Eileen; great grandchildren: Haylay, Sarah, Connor, Owen, Landon, and Logan; sister Mabel (Richard) Ashbourne; and sister-in-law Elsie Lacey; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM from the United Church, Tizzard's Harbour. From where the funeral service will also be held on Wednesday at 2 PM. Interment will follow at the United Cemetery, Tizzard's Harbour. In lieu of flowers, donation's in Daisy's memory may be made to the Tizzard's Harbour United Church Cemetery Fund.
