Obituary of Maisie M. Stuckey

Passed away on March 29, 2017, Maisie M. Stuckey aged 83 of Pike’s Arm, NL. Maisie was predeceased by: husband Stewart; parents Charlie and Mary (Mills) Blake. Maisie leaves with fond and loving memories: daughters: Ella (Willis) Strong, Daphne (Harvey) Powell and Joyce (Maxwell) Dalley; son Seymour (Judy) Stuckey; grandchildren: Marshall (Jennifer), Michael, Garland, Danny (Jennifer), Sherry-Lynn (Kevin) Lorne (Deanne) and Amanda; great grandchildren: Alexander, Liam and Jack; sister Phyllis (Ross) Budden; as well as a circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, 2-4pm and 7-9pm from the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, April 2, at 2pm, from the New World Island East Central United Church, Newville. Rev. Paula Gale officiating. Interment to follow at St. Paul’s Anglian Cemetery, Pike’s Arm. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the family, a charity will be decided at a later date.
