Obituary of Shawn W. Gillard

Passed away on May 13, 2017 Shawn Wilson Gillard aged 51 of, Twillingate, NL. He was pre-deceased by his brother Junior Gillard. Shawn leaves with loving memories his wife of almost 10 years Cynthia; children: Lucas, Lundon, Amelia and Kimberly; parents Wilson and Olive Gillard; sisters: Leona (Clyde) Jenkins and Connie (Barry) Canning; sister-in-law Janice Gillard as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and also his furry friends Bruin, Jersey and Max the family dogs. Shawn loved the outdoors, hiking with his kids and fishing. He enjoyed taking a ride on his motorcycle and carpentry, but most important of all was his family who meant everything to him. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service by invitation only will take place on Friday, May 19 at 11am from the Isles Funeral Home Twillingate, Pastor Laun Brushett officiating.
