Dear Aunt Vange & Family, Couldn't tell you exactly when it was, many years ago. Uncle George, Wellington & I went out in boat for the day. We caught our quota & I came away with so much more. Two brothers,,,like two youngsters that day. The glimmer in their eyes, the mischievous smiles. Thanks for the memories. I'll never forget either one of you. My deepest sympathies to those you leave behind. Love, Peace & Prayers, Marlene Keefe.

So very sorry to hear of your father's passing . My mind takes me back to the chicken bar . I had just got my driver's licence and every Friday night me and my friends would pile in my dad's car and the chicken bar was our first stop . He would always greet us with a smile and something silly to say . Memories are all that is left when we loose love ones and I am sure you have lots. Hold tight to them as they will help you in your time of sorrow . Thinking of you as you lay your love one to rest.

I just heard the news of George's passing. Thoughts and prayers are with the family. I know as you get together there will be many stories of George, many re-telling of his tales and lots of laughter. I think of so many conversations and so many stories that he shared with me. Let's say there was never a lull in the conversation. I also taught Intensive French on NWI for several years. Knowing of the program George made sure that every year he would show up at school with Gideon New Testaments for every child. I always appreciated getting his phone call that he was ordering and wanted to know the total number I needed. A man who served his community, his friends and his family well. He will leave a legacy of smiles and laughter. That is indeed a life well lived.
