Obituary of Harold Gillard

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Harold Gillard announce his passing on Monday, October 15th, 2018 at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories: daughter Peggy (Glenn) Elliott, sons: Danny (Cecile) and Tony (Lori ; grandchildren: Victoria, Ashley, Keith, and Rebecca; 8 great grandchildren; brother Wilson (Madeline); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends. Harold was predeceased by wife Geraldine; son Kenneth; and granddaughter Judy. Following Harold's wishes, cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 AM from the Salvation Army Citadel, Twillingate. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Ragged Point. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Harold's memory may be made to the Central Northeast Health Foundation: 95 Airport Boulevard, Gander, NL, A1V 2L7.
