Even though I am unable to be there, please know that my heart is with you all as you mourn, and come together to reminisce about, our precious Pammie Gail. I do not remember my life without her in it -- she was one of my first very best friends, and when we were old enough to trot out the road by ourselves, Majorie and Milligan's home became our second home. As with any best friend, you want to spend as much time with them as possible and many of our days, and nights, were spent in the living room of the old family home, listening to music and playing solid gold dancer's -- Pam was always the best judge! And that laugh -- oh that precious laugh when we would start to argue over who's dance was best or who got to dance to what song. And never a word from the boys about us playing their favourite records, or a stern word from Marjorie or Milligan to keep the noise down - we were always so welcomed (thank you all for that as you don't realize how precious that is until later in life). Then as we got older, we started to bring our school friends into our group - we wanted everyone to know our buddy Pam. I remember that glint in her eye when we would all be sitting around her on the floor talking about some secret (oh the stories and secrets she was privy to) -- enough for a lifetime of cherished memories. My heart broke on Sunday when I got the call that I thought (hoped) I would never receive -- but somehow my heart can only smile and overflow with love in knowing that I have been blessed to have known one of the very best. Thank you Pammie for allowing, and accepting, me as your friend -- it's a title I wear like a badge of honour. Kettle Cove has lost its brightest light, but rest assured her sparkle is in everyone who was fortunate enough to have known her. RIP Pammie - you will never be forgotten as our memories are etched in my heart forever. ox

I am so sorry that I cannot be there to honor the life of my dear Aunt Pamela. She brought joy to every visit to Kettle Cove. She taught us all how to say "I love you" without words but with a smile. I am lucky to have known her, and she will be missed very much.

Dear Mrs. Hopkins and Family: So sorry to hear of Pam's passing. I have many fond memories of Pam at Newville. I would push her around in her chair on recess and lunchbreaks. May you find comfort in that so many people loved and miss her, and may she fly with the angels.

Dear Marjorie and family It was only a couple of weeks ago that I asked mom how Pammie was doing. Ive been away now for 32+ years but the best years are the ones I remember growing up, my times spent in Kettle Cove and the countless times Mary Lynn and I would visit with Pam. We had so much fun with her, her sweet laugh could brighten everyone up around her. I remember how she would light up when her dad walked in the room. We used to watch cartoons, play dolls, lay on the blanket next to her, have dance contests and listrn to Blaines and Denniss records ( Supertramp being a favorite). Pam was very much a part of my childhood and I wanted you to know how much she meant to me. Sending loving thoughts. I will always hold her memory dear to me.

Dear Marjorie and family, I write this with great sadness over the unimaginable loss of Pammie Gail who was a wonderful friend to me and many others. I have so many wonderful memories of Pam growing up in Kettle Cove. She would love to see the KC gang come and she would always be involved in our crazy teenage ideas between me, Joanne, Doreen and Jennifer. Sometimes we would let Judy and Marylyn in on the craziness but often that would turn into a fight at some point or another ha ha! One of my fondest memories was the dance competitions in Marjorie's and Milligan's living room. "Shaun Cassidy" record on bust playing DA Doo Ron Ron Ron da doo ron ron. I can still remember the dance steps and Pam would laugh and laugh at us. We spent hours at this and Pam loved every minute if it. Or the time Blaine had to change Pam and we had to tie a towel around his face. I dont know who laughed more, I think it was Pam ha ha. There are so many memories of birthday parties (egg sandwiches) halloween and mummering at Marjorie's and Milligan's. I can remember Milligan holding Pam in his arms doing a dance and she loved every minute of it. Pam you will be in our hearts forever and I can't imagine not being able to go out the road to see your beautiful face and smile. Rest in peace Pammie Gail and I know you will be watching over us. Love you forever and always my friend. "B" Brenda

Her Love and laughter brought many a smiles to so many who had the privilege to know her. I often think about how Milligan Would pick her up and dance around the house with her ..... now they are dancing once again .... and laughing and enjoying a great reunion! I know she will be missed but we all Have so many wonderful memories that she will never be forgotten! Please know that my thoughts and prayers and love will be with you all as you say goodbye to an angel who we all loved dearly.

I am very sorry to learn that Pamela has passed. She will be so dearly missed and forever cherished in memory. I hope a passage at John 5:28, 29 brings comfort to all who are grieving. May we all look forward to seeing our loved ones like Pam again, alive and healthy on a beautiful Paradise earth.
