Obituary of Philip J. Watkins

Philip passed peacefully away with his family by his side, at Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal, in the early morning hours of Jan. 19, 2019. He was predeceased by his baby daughter Sadie Watkins, and his Pop Warrick. Philip leaves with fond and loving memories his daughter Madison Kouri, parents: Wilbert & Donna Watkins; brother: Adam Watkins (Emma Cox); his beloved Cassie Bertrim; grandmother: Susan Warrick; grandparents: Harvey and Gladys Watkins; aunts and uncles: Goldie & Martin, Wayne & Debbie, Ruby & Harry, Wavie & Peter, Judy & Derrick, Ken & Audrey; great uncle Gordon; god daughter Charlotte Coutu; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday evening Jan 25th 7-9pm, from Isles Funeral Home Twillingate, NL. Funeral service to be held from St. Peter’s Anglican Church on Saturday Jan. 26, 2 PM. Rev. Joanne Mercer officiating. Cremation to take place following the service. A celebration of Philip’s life and interment will take place in the summer.
