Obituary of Ettie M. Gillard

Passed peacefully away on Friday May 17, 2019 at Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, Ettie M. Gillard, age 80 of Twillingate, NL. She was predeceased by: parents Thomas and Jessie Burge; brothers: Warrick (Eleanor) Cooper and George (Lainey) Burge; She leaves with fond and loving memories: husband for over 60 years Claude; son Gary (Wanda); grandchildren: Marshall (Stephanie) and Samuel (Maria); great grandchildren: Anna and Lily; sister Winnie (James) Cooney; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday May 18, 2019 7-9pm from the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate, NL. Funeral service to be held from the Salvation Army Citadel on Sunday 3pm with Lieutenants Keith and Charlene Barrett officiating. Donations in Ettie’s memory may be given to the Hospital Pond Community Garden Corporation.
