Myrtle Love will also be remembered by large number of friends and extended family. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Horatio, her parents Alfred and Patience, as well as bothers; Peter, James (Hazel Mary) Clarence; and Sister Maude. Myrtle Love will be remembered for her kindness, generosity and her spirit. She welcomed all into her home, her life and her story with a warm smile. She had a personality that was much bigger than her tiny frame could hold. She was deeply devoted to her faith, having been a member of the Anglican Church Women group for 67 years, and just as committed to the community as seen by her support for other groups and her love for her friends. The family wishes to send a special thank you to all the staff at the Living Kingsway Home for their care and compassion. In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our families and our community continues to be our highest priority. At this time, there will be a private service with burial at the St. Georges Anglican Church Cemetery, Boyd’s Cove. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Georges Anglican Church Cemetery Fund. Condolence message for the family may be made by visiting our website at www.islesfuneralhome.ca
