Your mom was leader in Nursing in the province. If we could all strive to follow her lead can you imagine how different things would be. Tyler the loss of your mother is one of the hardest things to go through as I know from experience. Cherish your memories of her and think of her often. During our 60th year nursing class reunion in 2019 Goldie kept us entertained all weekend with her many stories which were funny and interesting,She was a great entertainer.During her nursing career she touched the lives of many in a very positive way.May she rest in peace.My condolences to all her family.FP

I cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Avery, Brighton and I were reminiscing about the time we went to the toy store in Cornwall and your mother wanted to give 7 year old Brighton that ceiling-high stuffed giraffe she was eyeing. Of course we couldn't let her, but when I told the girls about her passing the moment stood out very clearly in their minds even now years later. For me it symbolized how much she loved her family and by extension anyone who was important to them. She was an extraordinary woman who loved her sons and I feel very grateful to have spent time with her. Denver, my heart and deepest condolences go out to you, Tyler, Fletcher, Sawyer, Noah and your whole family.

Hey Tyler - We were so shocked to hear of your Mom's passing. I know how hard it is to lose a strong Mom and I tear up when I think of you getting this unexpected news. I hope that time will help you focus on the wonderful memories and bring forth all of the lessons she taught you that you may not have realized at the time. Smart moms plant seeds in us throughout our lives and they never stop growing as we grow and hear ourselves plant those seeds in our own children's minds. She certainly raised a great son who carries on her legacy through your service to patients and friends like me when we have our own family health crisis.
