Obituary of Clarence T. Clarke

Clarence Thomas Clarke of Twillingate passed away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at the age of 73. Clarence was predeceased by parents Peter and Alicia Clarke; brothers Edward and David; and son-in-law Robert Simpson. Clarence leaves with fond and loving memories: wife Ruby of 47 years; children: Jeff (Tracy), Gloria (Jeff) and Wanda (Derek); grandchildren: Brady, Jessica, Taylor (Jordana), Jagger (Abby) and Ryder; siblings: George, Rose (Gordon) Jamieson and Betty (Romeo) Doucette; sistesr-in-law: Ruth and Lisa; as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our families and our community continues to be our highest priority. At this time, due to government regulations proof of vaccination will be required. A public visitation will take place from the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Saturday evening from 7-8pm. A funeral service by invitation only, will take place from the Calvary Pentecostal Church on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 2pm. Donations in Clarence’s memory may be given to his family.
