Obituary of Betty Dove

Passed away on January 18, 2022, Elizabeth June "Betty" Dove aged 84 of Twillingate. She was predeceased by: parents Ralph and Ida Lambert; husband Allan Dove; brother Lloyd (Jackie) Lambert; and brother in law Jack Young. Betty leaves with loving memories: children: Patty (Floyd) Stockley, Paula (Lloyd) Coates and Phillip (Tammy); grand-children: Kirk (Suanne) Stockley, Kylee Stockley (and her partner Jason Jenkins), Jonathan (Cindy) Coates, Ashley Coates (and her partner Jeremy Greene) and Brandon; great grand-children: Myles, Layla, Mason, Tyson and Amber; brothers: Bert (Francis) and Hardy (Jeanette); sister Madeline Young; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our families and our community continues to be our highest priority. A private visitation by invitation only will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 2-4pm. There will be a private family service by invitation only held at the Central United Church, Twillingate on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 11am . Rev. George Stockley officiating with burial at the North Side United Church Cemetery, Twillingate. At this time, due to government regulations proof of vaccination will be required. Donations may be made in Betty’s memory to the Central United Church Organ Fund, Twillingate.
