Obituary of Vera Agnes Pelley

Passed away on February 1, 2022, Vera Agnes Pelley aged 93 of Twillingate. She was predeceased by: parents Lewis and Minnie Sansome; husband Harvey Pelley; brothers: Melvin (Margaret) Sansome and Johnny (Lucy) Sansome. Vera leaves with loving memories: children: Lloyd (Gloria), Larry (Madeline), Freeman (Judy) and Marina (Jeff) Watkins; grandchildren: Darryl, Vanessa, Travis (Tiffany), Michael (Tamara), Matthew (Makayla), Michelle (Jordan) and Tristan (Lesley); great-grandchildren: Ezra and Kia; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the Long Term Care Staff of the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Care, who took such loving care of Mom in the past 5 years. In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our families and our community continues to be our highest priority. A private family visitation only will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 7-9pm. There will be a private family service held at the Calvary Pentecostal Church, Twillingate on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 1pm . Burial at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Twillingate. At this time, due to government regulations proof of vaccination will be required. Donations may be made in Vera’s memory to the Pentecostal Cemetery Fund, Twillingate.
