Passed peacefully away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, Marion Gladys Stockley, age 95 years. She was predeceased by her parents: Frank and Minnie Randell; husband Hedley Stockley; sons-in-law Wayne Hynes and Frank Wheeler; brothers: Wilson, Harold (Louise), Ernest and Hoover (Kate); sisters: Winnie (Chesley) Dove and Doris (Arthur) Mehaney; brother-in-law Cyril Roberts.

Marion leaves with fond and loving memories: daughters: Evelyn, Loretta and Thelma (Herman); grandchildren: Jim (Katherine), Beverley (Aaron), Michelle (Shawn), Jennifer (Terry), Arlene (Perry), Christina, and Michael (Catherine); great-grandchildren: Ean, Sarah, Adam, Christopher, Skye, Damian, Sarah, Daniel, Aiden, Tyson, Claire and Orina; great-great–grandchildren: Jace, Fayth and Dante; sisters Blanche Roberts and Juanita (Baxter) Canning; sister-in-law Joyce Randell; as well as circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In light of the current Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our families and our community continues to be our highest priority. A public visitation will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Monday, March 7, 2022, from 2-4pm. Funeral service by invitation only will be held from the Central United Church on Tuesday, March 8 at 2pm with burial at the United Church Cemetery, North Side.

At this time, due to government regulations proof of vaccination will be required for both the funeral home and church.
