Passed peacefully away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the James Paton Memorial Regional Health Centre, Gander, Margaret Hilda Clarke, age 83 years. She was predeceased by her parents: George and Fannie Burton; and infant son.

Margie leaves with fond and loving memories: husband Bert of 66 years; daughter Gail (Clarence) Mitchell; son Craig (Judy); grandchildren: Bobby (Renee), Jill (Stephen) and Jayna (Desmond); great-grandchildren: Hayden, Jackson and Quinn; brother Albert Burton; as well as her home support workers and a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A public visitation will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 7-9pm. A public funeral service will be held from the Central United Church on Wednesday, March 23 at 2pm with burial at the United Church Cemetery, Durrell.

Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Margie’s memory to the Twillingate Volunteer Fire Department.
