Passed peacefully away on Monday, July 25, 2022, at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, Bennett “Bud” Samuel Blake, age 78 years. Bud was predeceased by his parents: Wesley and Mae Rideout, Pleamon and Alfreda Blake.

Bud leaves with precious memories: his children Bill (Mary), Christine, Mike, Carolyn (Dan), Jasmine, Jenna, and Jessica; grandchildren Alex, Lucas, Liam, Logan and Wyatt; brother Joe (Linda); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A public visitation will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Thursday, July 28, 2022, from 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel, Bayview on Friday, July 29 at 2 pm followed by burial at St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery, Twillingate.
