Obituary of Blanche Roberts

Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, Blanche Roberts, age 90 years. Blanche was predeceased by her husband Cyril Roberts; parents: Frank & Minnie Randell; infant son Wilson; brothers Harold (Louise), Hoover (Kate), Ernest, and Wilson; sisters: Marion (Hedley), Winnie (Chesley) and Doris (Arthur). Blanche leaves with precious memories: her children: Ernie (Effie), Garry (Rosalind), Ivan (Gloria), Kathy (Danny); grandchildren: Cathy (Allan), Julie (Lee), Tonya, Janice, Joey, and Jade; great-grandchildren: Elliott, Victoria, Katie, and Eva; sister Juanita (Baxter) Canning; sister in law Joyce Randell; as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A public visitation will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Thursday, November 24, 2022, from 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army, Twillingate on Friday, November 25 at 1pm with burial at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Ragged Point, Twillingate. Donations may be made in Blanche’s memory to the Twillingate Volunteer Fire Department.
