Obituary of Meta Jean Hamlyn

Meta Jean Hamlyn, passed away peacefully in her 79th year on Tuesday, August 8th, 2023, at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander. Meta was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Gladys Hamlyn, infant brother, and fur baby Diva. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughter Catherine (Paul), Aunt Ruby Bishop, special family and friends Johnny and Geraldine Hamlyn, Jerry, Dianne, and Katie who loved Aunt Meta so much, Wayne, Marie and Jordana Hamlyn, Mary Sharpe and Family, Joan Sharpe and Family, Eldred and Linda Woodford, Rhonda and Derrick Budgell, as well as a large circle of other relatives, and friends. In keeping with Meta’s wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
