Obituary of Calvin George Oakey

Calvin Oakey, passed away peacefully in his 68th year on Sunday, September 10th at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate surrounded by his loving family. He is predeceased by his parents, George and Blanche Oakey, and his sister Audrey. Calvin leaves to mourn with loving memories, his wife, Maxine of 47 years, his children, Ashley (Erica), Melissa (Jamie); his grandchildren, Ryder, Bryceson, Abigail, and Bella; his brothers Aloysius, Claude, and his sister Brenda; brothers in law Melvin (Edith), Dean (Florence), and Earl (Laurie) and his sister in law Marie (Mike). Calvin’s special friends Lesley and Silvia Bullen. Special thank you to Carol Ann and Hardy Andrews, Shirley Elliott and Elaine Burkholder. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
