Obituary of Garry Bert Mitchell

Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, Garry Bert Mitchell, age 68 years. Garry was predeceased by his parents: Bert and Elvie Mitchell; his siblings Ena, Millicent, Harvey (Brud), Margaret, and Michael; and his in laws Howard and Harriett Scott. Garry leaves with loving memories: his wife, Dallas (nee Scott) of 45 years, his son Scott (Jackie); grandchildren Nicholas, Gaby, and Alexis; siblings Harvey, Maureen, Tom, Janice, Jacqueline, Paul and Donnie; the Scott brothers and sisters, his “puppers” Shadow and Freya, his special niece Connie (Peter) and her children Erin (Nathan) and Adam as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Donations may be given in Garry’s memory to the Central Health Care Foundation – Ultrasound/Kidney Dialysis Unit.
