It is with great sadness that the family of Rita Mary Bath announce her passing on July 1st at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre in Twillingate, at the age of 90.

Rita is predeceased by her parents: Sidney and Carrie Pardy; husband Gordon and brother John Pardy.

Rita leaves with fond and loving memories her children: Bronce (Marie) Bath, Lorena (Don) Smith, Stanley Bath, Melvin (Jaunita) Bath, Sandy (Sharon Warren) Bath, and Pansy (George) Kendall, and loving grandson and guardian Stacey who devoted his life to ensuring Nans safety and well being was always first.

As well as 17 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Thank you to the home support workers who have provided care for Rita over the past number of years, especially April Hale who went above and beyond her duties and became part of the Bath family. Also thank you to the Doctors and Nursing staff at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre who always seen to Rita’s care and comfort when needed.

Donations in Rita’s memory may be given to the family.
