Obituary of Richard Lackey

Passed away on January 2, 2016, Richard K. Lackey, aged 64 of Twillingate, NL. He was predeceased by sisters: Pat and Susan. He leaves with fond and loving memories: wife of 25 years, Patsy; Children: Christine (Kevin) Vandalen, Jason Chappell and Clinton Lackey; grandchildren: Andrew and Emma; brother Kenneth; sister Judy (Mervyn) Veal; brother-in-law Bob Lackey as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Richard served for over 31 years with the Metro Toronto Police Force and was also a member of the Ontario Lions Club. After retiring in 2001 he moved to Twillingate with his family and continued his volunteer work with the local Lions Club. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 2-4pm and 7-9pm from the Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, January 6th at 2:00pm from the Salvation Army Citadel, Twillingate, Majors Lyndon and Lisa Hale officiating.
