Obituary of Nelson Keefe

Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, October 23rd, Nelson Keefe, at the age of 97 years. He leaves to mourn with many loving memories: children: Margaret, Howard (Donna), Eugene (Collette), and Hayward; grandchildren: Perry, Scott, Joe, Nicole, Trevor, Bradley, Sheena, and Melody; and 23 great grandchildren; as well as a large cirlce of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends. Nelson was predeceased by wife Lillian, infant daughter Helen, daughter Audrey and son-in-law Chesley. Visitation will take place on Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 PM from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 27th at 2:00 PM from the Central United Church, Twillingate. Interment will follow at the Little Harbour Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Nelson's memory may be made to the Little Harbour Cemetery Fund.
