Cousins .... I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Aunt Ida. She was a special lady and as you know, my mothers only sister. She was a great source of comfort to me at my Mother funeral in 2015 & I remember some great visits with her since then. Maureen & I are unable to attend her service because our youngest son and his girlfriend recently tested positive for Covid-19 and we may have been exposed. I know today will be tough on you all but remember her smile and the fond memories you have made & hold them close to your heart. Those 2 sisters were both something very special! Hopefully they passed it on to us. Nelson & Maureen

So sad to hear of Aunt Idas passing. She was truly an amazing lady. I have very fond memories of her when I use to visit as a little girl. Her welcoming smile was a highlight of my stay. Wish I could be there today but I was exposed to Covid over the weekend. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. A special hug for Louise. She was always more than my cousin. My best friend in Twillingate.

She always made me feel at home every time I walked through her door. She lived a wonderful life with energy and vitality.
