Passed peacefully away on Friday, March 25, 2022 at the Notre Dame Bay Memorial Health Centre, Twillingate, Elizabeth Ida Lewis, age 101. She was predeceased by: her husband William Lewis; parents Patrick and Beatrice Atkins; sister Florence; and brother Fred.

Ida leaves with loving memories: children: Hayward (Flo), Wilfred (Norma), Raymond (Gerri), Wayne (Barb), Louise (Ken), Madeline (Alvin) and Geraldine (Alex); 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; as well as well as her home support workers, extended relatives and friends.

A visitation will take place from Isles Funeral Home, Twillingate on Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 2-4pm. A funeral service will be held from the Salvation Army Citadel on Monday, March 28 at 2pm; with Captains Keith and Charlene Barrett officiating.
