Our deepest condolences to Wayne, Garry, Tony and family at this difficult time. Cherish your many memories. Gertie was a caring, loving and often a funny person. We have many memories of Gertie over the years. Terry always drove her nuts because everytime he seen her, he would ask for more Rasin BUNS or small pies, often she would give some to him other times she would tell him to get..ha ha. Everytime I was around I had a dog both of them were Black. We all know she didn't like black dogs but she still came around anyways, sometimes with her feet upon the chair telling them to stay away. We also had a great road trip from Twillingate to Yellowknife many years ago. Rest in peace Gertie, you will be missed by everyone. Love Brenda, Terry and Mackenzie Vatcher.
