Sincere condolences to the Bulgin family. I was lucky to have been taught Grade 7 by Mr. Bulgin. I still remember lots of things he taught us, particularly the poem In Flanders Fields, which we memorized. He was such a nice man. Very sorry for your loss.

My condolences to the family. I remember him as my teacher Im the mid-sixties at the Academy, and they when he moved to the High School. I always enjoyed meeting him on my visits to Twillingate. He was a gentleman and treated all with respect.

I was so sad to hear of Lloyds passing . Such a nice man . Always made a point to say hello to to me whenever he saw me with his lovely smile. I remember him being the principal at the Academy when I was a little girl. And I remember shaking hands with him when he handed me my Kindergarten diploma. He was alway such a lovely person to talk to. He will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him. My deepest condolences to you all. K
