It is definitely with a heavy heart that I read of Harvey’s passing. I first met Harvey through the lodge in the 1970’s. It was quickly apparent that he was a genuine gentleman, a kind, caring and giving individual. Over the years we shared many conversations both serious and funny. He was a wonderful story teller. I learned that the funnier the joke the redder his face got when laughing. He was also someone that I knew I could always count on for advice or guidance. He never seemed in a rush or too busy to give you his full attention. One did not have to watch him for long before his love of his family became apparent. I know all of your hearts are aching right now. I believe Harvey always drew strength from his family and friends. At this time draw that strength from each other. Treasure the memories of all that he offered. I know his energy will be around for a long time in your stories, laughter and memories. Thinking of you all.
