Saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. I was the secretary of RCL Branch 21 during the nineteen years when he was president. We worked well together and had a lot of fun times, especially when we used to travel to Provincial Conventions and to Dart Tournaments, etc. We became very good friends. May he rest in peace.

Sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. Charlie worked at the hospital many year ago and we had many laughs together. He also did my plumbing when I was building my house and had many meals together. A fine gentleman he was, rest in peace my friend and sending our deepest sympathy to all the family. Brian & Debbie Bulgin
